Working directly with clients and as an Associate Training Consultant with organisations including GBS Corporate Training, Excel Communications [HRD] Ltd, The Development Partnership, Kirkstone Learning, Derbyshire Chamber of Commerce.

1988 - 1999:            GlaxoSmithKline
Roles including: Sales Trainer, NHS Relations Manager, and Team Coach specializing in coaching individuals and teams through cultural change. This included the introduction of 360-degree feedback; competency frameworks and values based leadership. Lead Trainer for GSK's flagship Sales Training Programme.
