I've been designing and faciliating workshops on Project Management for the last ten years as part of the work I do for my own training company ,Gillian Pearson & Associates Ltd.  

Prior to setting up my company in 1999 I worked in the pharmaceutical industry; mainly for GlaxoSmithKline in a variety of roles including Team Coach, Sales Trainer, and NHS Relations. Before that I spent 10 years teaching science in secondary schools; my final role in education was as a Deputy Head.

I am firm believer in life-long learning and continue to develop myself professionally; not all the training I do each year leads to formal qualifications. I also believe that as a trainer it is really important to remind myself how it feels to be a learner.
