       *  1 session - many sessions
       *   pre-work
       *   follow-up work
       *   coaching: internal or external
       *   mentoring: internal or external

  • Objectives
        * introductory - intensive
        * process skills - people skills

Most companies ask me to facilitate a "short" course ; typically two days for of 6-12 people. This works well as we can work on real company projects without worrying about the confidentiality issues that can arise on open courses.

However increasingly I am being asked to facilitate 4 hour "intensive" or "introductory" sessions.

The "intensive" works well with MBA students and senior staff who want to brush up their skills or confirm that they are doing it right!

The "introductory" works well for people who are unsure what project management is all about and want to try it out.
