Since 1999 , when I set up my own training company Gillian Pearson & Associates Ltd,  I have trained and coached people from different industry sectors in the art of managing change and projects.

I help people whose project management experience ranges from novice to veteran. 

I help people whose roles and responsibilities in the project vary from giving the go-ahead for the project ,being in charge of the project on a daily basis ,to being one of the team doing their bit to help the project or simply being an interested on-looker.
